In the past I have booked two or three cruises with Crucon. Finally we stopped because we were doing all the work and not getting much assistance. We decided to try again, I called and asked for someone different to work with, they gave me the same person, she took the information and never got back to me. How do you stay in business?
We use to book with CruCon alot, but today we were shafted by them! I had read reviews of this, but never thought it would happen to me. I was wrong!!
Horrible customer service. You will never get a call back or a response to your emails. They say they will call you in an hour or tomorrow. TRY NEVER!! They just transfer you to a voicemail and guess what....NO CALL BACK EVER!!! They are sneaky too...Don't want to get into details. But I caught them in so many lies.
Just booked our third cruise through CRUCON. We have had an excellent experience each time. The customer service is great. We have also been very pleased with the sale prices and perks we received.
We booked a cruise last night and today approx 10 mins before they closed I received a call stating they are not honoring their perk package with me. We already paid this in full, by the way (last night) The package was great so we booked it. Now we will never use them again!
We have booked with CruCon several times. Most recently for a 50th wedding anniversary celebration. We had 30 people with us on our cruise. They helped us have a very memorable experience from start to finish.
Oh they are not the cheapest or best customer service, by the way. As many and myself included think (or thought). They are not. Bad Business Practices. Bait and Switch.
