Great service and very knowledgeable. We get our boat winterized and serviced there every season.
I won't bore everyone with all the details, but I purchased a used 25 hp outboard motor from Independent Marine, and had a very disappointing experience. My guess is that if I had bought an expensive new boat, perhaps I may have been treated differently, but I did not - I bought a used engine for which I paid top dollar. I will not return to Independent Marine - unless they want to take back the motor.
