I feel it is time I respond to M Capaldi. First I would like to say that his remarks are completely untrue.We were invited by Mr. Capaldi to his rental home to see what we could sell for him What he is referring to as amounts is what he received at 50/50 rate. We traveled 45mins to his place on Friday evening to meet with him and after he never told me he was running an hour and half late and I called him on the road because we were running 15 mins behind our original time he gave the code to enter the home so we could take a look around. Then when we were going over the terms of the contract I informed him of the $ 100 service charge and it is also written in our contract witch Mr Capaldi signed. and Agreed to. Also as anyone knows when you go to do consignment the place you bring it to has every right to refuse items they can not sell. We are not hired to clean the home were asked what we could sell for him to make him some extra money. So yes we select items.Also I did inform Mr Capaldi if he wanted to come and pick the items he was more than welcome to. We have been in business for almost 5 years and thrive on customer service. We are very honest and hard working family owned business. Please come and meet us for yourselves. Thank you
